Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University at Alexandria and an Associate of Applied Science in Broadcasting from Isothermal Community College, Dillon is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in History degree from East Carolina University. Certified in FEMA’s Incident Command Emergency Management System, Dillon is adept at navigating complex crises, ensuring that the right information reaches the public when it matters most. His work in Haywood County, NC Government, as well as his previous role at Asheville City Schools, has solidified his reputation as a trusted leader capable of steering organizations through both day-to-day operations and high-pressure situations.
