Known for his ability to navigate complex challenges with clarity and composure, Dillon has directed high-impact public messaging campaigns, managed crisis communications, and built trust through transparent stakeholder engagement. Dillon holds a Master of Arts in History from East Carolina University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University at Alexandria, and an Associate of Applied Science from Isothermal Community College.
